Reach out with your heart-space to discover your next step.<\/p>\n

Your mind knows the options and can weigh these for you, yet your heart-space has a knowing that goes beyond fact. This heart-space knowing takes into consideration one’s feelings, yet it is not based upon an emotional response.<\/p>\n

Learning to trust the heart-space knowing can be challenging. Learning to hear the heart-space knowing also challenges the spirit and will of the being.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

The will wants what it wants and wants it now. The spirit within a person desires the greater good, expansion, awareness, connection, and peace. The spirit within easily hears the heart-space knowing because it is tuned into that energy.<\/p>\n

The will on the other hand has expectations, pleasure and gratification driving it. These driving forces appear loud in the consciousness. Their “noise” deadens the message from the heart-space and from the inner spirit (which is connected to Divine Spirit.)<\/p>\n

It takes a quieting of the will’s “noise” to be able to hear the wisdom of the heart-space. Some people meditate to quiet the noise. Others write down their goals and hopes. Others listen to instrumental music. Others hum or chant. And others still utilize walking in nature to allow the heart-space knowing to arise into awareness. Whatever technique you might use, use it often!<\/p>\n

Pose a question to yourself and then allow the heart-space knowing to arise to guide you. This guidance may be an inner knowing or it can manifest as a word spoken by a stranger or a song on the radio. Once you pose the question and become willing, the Universe will use any means necessary to communicate with you and bring it to your heart-space knowing. It is there that you will receive a ring-true feeling that brings peace, courage, understanding, and love.<\/p>\n
