<\/span><\/p>\nLiving in a cave can prevent a lot of the trauma we experience, yet that\u2019s not a good option for us either.<\/p>\n
So, how do we deal with trauma \u2013 or what WE perceive as trauma (others may perceive as silly \u2013 get over yourself) so that we feel free?<\/p>\n
Unfortunately, there is no single way to deal with trauma. And maybe lots of ways in conjunction with one another may provide the relief we are looking for. For me, a combination of EFT (tapping), Emotion Code, Prayer, Breath Work, doing creative things, walking out in nature, petting kittens, doing a kindness, and a healthy dose of grandchildren really seems to help.<\/p>\n
There is no quick fix, yet some processes take only a moment of time and offer hours of relief. I think the trick for me is to keep at it. The hardest part is recognizing I\u2019m going down and taking immediate steps to prevent further damage. The biggest tip-off for me is finding fault with myself or with Phil (hard to believe, I know!) Once I recognize I\u2019m criticizing either one of us, I know I\u2019d better do something FAST!! That downward spiral gets out of control so fast it\u2019ll make your head spin!<\/p>\n

What will help a full blown spiral out of control negativity blast? In a word, GOD. Whatever you perceive that to be . . . Divine Source, All That Is . . .What-ever. The Presence of God is ever available to us and God\u2019s Love happens immediately upon asking. Just ASK!!! \u201cPlease help me, I\u2019m down and out!\u201d Or, \u201cPlease help me I\u2019m heading down and don\u2019t want to go there.\u201d<\/p>\n
Also, God\u2019s angelic host immediately intervene when asked. Specifically, Angels of Protection often are the first to arrive. These beings are often a brilliant white, yellow, or light orange in color. Darkness cannot stand all their brightness and will dissipate. Angels of Comfort come in next, these are often shades of blue and feel very soothing. Then, Angels of Healing attend.<\/p>\n
These are often appear to be surrounded by hues of greens. If you see a flash of light out of the corner of your eye, you may have an angel in attendance. You may not perceive a color at first, but you might become aware of a color once you tune in regularly.<\/p>\n
If you know someone who is struggling with overcoming trauma, you may send angels to assist them. You might want to send Angels of Illumination first \u2013 these are Luminary Angels and are a softer white than Angels of Protection. These Angels help a person see their options and opportunities to grow and shift. Without that awareness, not much else can happen. \u201cLuminary Angels, please attend to my friend ___________.\u201d<\/p>\n
You may wish to send Angels of Protection along with the Luminary Angels. Or, you can let Divine Source determine which angels are best by saying, \u201cPlease send angels to ___________.\u201d<\/p>\n
When we are in the midst of that trauma spiral, it is nearly impossible to get clear enough to remember to ask. It\u2019s wise to request Angels to attend when in a positive state, knowing that a downward turn could happen at any time. Traumatized people have lots of triggers that can get activated quickly. Once the cycle has broken at least once, it is tons easier to break free a second time or a third.<\/p>\n
For me, it\u2019s probably always going to be something for me to deal with. Thank Goodness I have tools that really help and that help really quickly.
