Today I\u2019m feeling a bit Bedraggled.<\/p>\n

Weird dreams, aches and pains that didn\u2019t really keep me awake, but were in the realm of awareness all night. Even coffee didn\u2019t sound appealing. (I know! Right!?!)<\/p>\n

So, as I muddled though the morning and typed out today\u2019s message from the Ancient Ones, I began to see the honey-like light pouring down into me. I took a bit of a break and suddenly found myself cleaning the bathroom. Hadn\u2019t planned on doing that, just found myself doing that task with a new essential oil cleaner I\u2019d just mixed up.<\/p>\n

\"Bringing<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

The Ancient Ones – Bringing You Assistance<\/a><\/p>\n

Now, I\u2019m not sure if it was the new cleaner making an old task \u201cfun\u201d (cleaning the bathroom = fun?!?) or if it was the energy influx, but I can guarantee you it wasn\u2019t will power or determination. I hadn\u2019t even really considered taking on that task.<\/p>\n

So, if you haven\u2019t read the Ancient Ones message yet, I strongly encourage you to do so! I\u2019m feeling much better \u2013 effortlessly!<\/p>\n

I still have a ways to go to being my normal, joyful self, but I\u2019m a long ways from where I was an hour ago. Just because I felt bedraggled, doesn\u2019t mean I cannot become bedazzled! And I don\u2019t even have to work on it. No \u201cefforting\u201d involved. No whining involved. No suffering involved.<\/p>\n

Allow.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s that simple. Even for the little stuff. It\u2019s not the end of the world nor a huge tragedy. I just was running low on energy. By asking, allowing, and visualizing that warm, glowing golden light to flow down into my soul, I\u2019m regenerating\/rejuvenating\/restoring my energy fields.<\/p>\n

My normal routine would have called for a stern talking to myself about what I\u2019m doing wrong. You can imagine how productive that usually is. . . not.<\/p>\n

Where ever you are today . . . How ever you are today . . . Take a moment for yourself. Rather than using that time to beat yourself up, how about an energy break instead? Ask for assistance. God (Divine Source, Higher Power, All That Is . . .Whatever) sends this golden light to you. See this energy flowing into your being. I noticed it flowing into every cell of my body. I don\u2019t know where the soul resides, so I just allowed the energy to flow where it wanted to go. As it flowed in, it swept away exhaustion and the bedraggled energy.<\/p>\n

I know it will be wise to rest today. I have a sense that clarity will come to me to assist me in shifting even more. I feel I can rest with peaceful and gentle energy rather than self-loathing and bitter reproach. I bet I rest much better as a result.<\/p>\n
